Resolved

An unplanned partial outage impacting person creation, which resulted in elevated API error rates, has been resolved, and services are now running within normal service levels.

Partner Impact:
The issue causing increased 5XX error responses for the following API endpoint has been resolved.

POST /v1/persons

Customer Impact:
End users will not experience error messages during the onboarding process or while creating new person resources.

An unplanned partial outage has been observed impacting the person creation resulting in elevated API error rates has been mitigated. Services have been restored and are being monitored in order to ensure all operations are running within normal service levels.

Partners may encounter increased 5XX error responses while calling the following API endpoint:
