A Planned Maintenance for Lending API Services has been scheduled on our Production environment on 7th August from 09:00 CEST until 10:00 CEST. There is an upgrade to the RDS instances on the lending core banking system provider end on the Production environment & you may experience performance degradation
All services mentioned in Expected Partner and Customer impact sections may experience intermittent interruptions throughout the maintenance window, lasting for approx. an hour, which may result in 5xx error messages being returned from our endpoints. Partners wont be able to originate loans for this time window since our core banking systems will be offline
Expected Customer Impact : The customers will not be able to apply for loans since the lending core banking system will not be available during the maintenance
Regular scheduled maintenance activities are required in order to maintain a high standard for the quality of services offered by Solarisbank. We apologize for any inconveniences this planned maintenance may cause.
