There is a planned maintenance by our SEPA Instant Provider from 7th of September 2025 02:00 CET until 6:00 CET that will affect the Production environment. Users are expected to experience issues with SEPA Instant Credit Incoming and Outgoing Transfers, resulting in payment failures.
Partner Impact: • Partner would experience intermittent issues and 5XX errors for SEPA Instant Credit Transfers API Endpoint might be observed.
Customer Impact: • Customers will experience issues with creating and receiving SEPA Instant Credit Transfer during the maintenance window. Alternatively customer can use normal SEPA transactions during the mentioned maintenance window
Impacted Endpoints: • POST /v1/accounts/{account_id}/transactions/sepa_instant_credit_transfers
