Customers can now retry the identification process by simply using the original identification link. The process will resume as expected without requiring any additional action.

We would like to inform you of an ongoing service disruption affecting the identification flow via IDnow. Due to a provider-side outage, you may encounter an increased number of 5XX errors during identification attempts.
Partner Impact: • Partners may receive 5XX errors when calling the following endpoint: PATCH /v1/persons/{person_id}/identifications/{id}/request
Customer Impact: • End users may experience errors when accessing services dependent on identity verification.
