There is a planned maintenance by our SEPA Instant Provider on 2nd of June 2026 from 23:00 CEST until 23:30 CEST that will affect the Production environment. Some users might experience issues with SEPA Instant Credit Transfers, resulting in payment failures or delays.
Partner Impact:
• Partner might experience intermittent issues and 5XX errors for SEPA Instant Credit Transfer API Endpoint might be observed • For Outgoing SEPA Instant transfers -> Delayed delivery for transactions which are initiated within the mentioned window • For Incoming SEPA Instant transfers -> Incoming transactions would be declined however accepted transactions might take longer time to be settled
In case of persistent error messages, Partners are advised to inform Customers of possibility of performing a normal SEPA Credit Transfer as an alternative
Customer Impact:
• Customers might experience intermittent issues with creating and receiving SEPA Instant Credit transfer during the maintenance window • For Outgoing SEPA Instant transfers -> Sent SEPA instant transfers would be delayed. • For Incoming SEPA Instant transfers -> Users will be unable to receive SEPA instant transfers.
