An Unplanned outage that was identified for Identifications performed using Bank Identifications has been resolved. We monitored the services with our providers and found no further issues.
Partner Impact:
• Partners will no longer observe failures during the signing of documents within the Bank identification.
Customer Impact:
• Customers will no longer be prompted with an error message during the onboarding process at the contract signing step

An Unplanned outage has been identified for Identifications performed using Bank Identifications. The outage is linked to an issue with one of our identification provider. We are working to restore the impacted services with the provider as soon as possible.
Partner Impact:
• Partners will observe failures during the signing of documents within the Bank identification. Identifications either remain in status 'Authorization Required' or 'Failed' with reason 'Expired'
Customer Impact:
• Customers are prompted with an 'unexpected error' message during the onboarding process at the contract signing step
