A Planned Partial Outage Maintenance for Multiple API Services has been scheduled on our Production environment. This maintenance is needed in order to improve the quality of our services.

All services mentioned below may experience intermittent interruptions lasting for about 5-10 minutes during the maintenance window, from 21st August 2022 at 22:00 CEST until 23:00 CEST , which may result in 5XXs error messages being returned from our endpoints.

• Initiation of payments (SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Direct Debit), including reservations
• Card Transactions
• Card Tokenization
• Bank Statement Retrieval
• Balance or bookings retrieval (including generation of account statements)
• Limited availability to send payments, money transfers, retrieve account balance and
display account details
• Creating and retrieving account closure requests (ACRs)
• Creation of accounts
• Retrieving information about an account
• Identification of persons
• Account Linking & Consent
• Seizures
• Delay in webhook delivery

Regular scheduled maintenance activities are required in order to maintain a high standard for the quality of services offered by Solarisbank. We apologize for any inconveniences this planned maintenance may cause
