Please be informed that Solaris will conduct a scheduled maintenance upgrade on the Jira Support portal on Nov 13th, 2025, from 20:00 to 23:00 CET. Please avoid using the portal during this time.
Expected Partner Impact: During the maintenance it may not be possible to raise new tickets or access existing tickets with our support teams that use Partner Jira Service Desk .
Expected Customer Impact: No impact on end customer since only the Partner JIRA Support portal will be undergoing maintenance
In case Incident Management support is required during the maintenance window, you can send your requests via email to incidents@solarisgroup.com and these will be processed after the scheduled work is completed. In case of urgent incidents during the maintenance window, please call the 24x7 Incident Management hotline.
